FREE DOWNLOAD: State-by-State Use of AMA Guides (Revised 7/1/2009)

This chart, which was prepared for an upcoming release of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses, is a work in progress. A few corrections were made for this version dated 7/1/2009.

It lists each state and whether it uses the AMA Guides (and, if so, which edition) or whether is has a state-specific impairment rating system.
