Import credit reports

The Collier TopForm Program allows you to retrieve credit bureau reports via the Internet. Upon retrieval, you can import the trade-line data into the applicable schedules for the chosen case, review and/or incorporate the data at some later date, or view and/or print the credit report in eye readable format.

Scan documents quickly and efficiently

The Collier TopForm scanning feature allows you to easily scan documents to be electronically filed with the court.

Save time with web-based client questionnaires

A new Web-based client interview form can help save you and your staff hours of work in preparing bankruptcy cases. Complete your free online registration at http://www.lexisnexis.com/topformq/registration.aspx. Then, direct clients to http://bankruptcy.lawyers.com and have them go to the Collier TopForm Web-based Bankruptcy Questionnaire section in the middle of the page to enter their contact, income, expense, asset, and debt information.

Once a client submits the form, you’ll receive an e-mail notification and can then, for $6 (plus tax, if applicable), download the interviewanswers then import them to the Collier TopForm program. When you do so, the program will create a new case, and the interview answers will automatically flow to the appropriate schedules for the case.

Prepare documents for electronic filing more easily

From the schedules and forms that you complete in the program, you can generate Adobe ® PostScript ® (.ps) files, which can then be converted by Acrobat ® Distiller to Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf), the format required for transmitting filings to your bankruptcy court's electronic filing system. In addition to .pdf versions of schedules and forms, the Collier TopForm program can also generate corresponding matrix and extract files in the format required by the court.
