Concordance supports Boolean, Fuzzy, Wild Card, relational and concept searches. It includes one of the fastest search engines in litigation, letting you search by word, phrase, date, e-mail address and document type. You can save and rerun searches on up to 128 litigation databases simultaneously, and search across e-mail, spreadsheets, memos and prior testimony.

New Simple Search Technology allows non-technical reviewers to quickly and effectively locate key documents with little prior Concordance experience. Industry-first integration lets litigators conduct research and increase case knowledge from within Concordance 2007 by sending highlighted text, key players, etc. to Total Litigator®.

Manage transcripts more effectively

Perform simple bulk import and export of plain text (ASCII) and PCF files, which retain original formatting. With a single mouse click you can “Go To” any document, page number or line number. Add onto and search notes, issue codes and quick-marks, and hyperlink directly to trial exhibits.
