Scope of Support
Concordance Technical Support is eager to help our users address and troubleshoot specific technical issues related to using the Concordance product line. However, it is not designed to train new or inexperienced customers in how to use the software. Concordance Technical Support is only available to customers with product maintenance. We encourage new users to take advantage of the comprehensive educational tools and information available from Concordance. Visit our training section to sign up for one of our free one-hour product training sessions, on-site training, or a certification course near you. You may also wish to arrange onsite technical services from your local authorized distributor or certified trainer.
