How do I find company press releases in SEC Form 8-K? (10/09)

Use the SEC Filings search form under the Search and Company tabs to find press releases for publicly traded companies in SEC form 8-Ks. For example, take the following steps to find press releases for Procter & Gamble:

Select the Search tab and then select Company under this tab.
Click the SEC Filings link on the right side of the screen.
