Briefs, Motions, Pleadings & Verdicts- lexis.com® Enhancements - Expert Witness Content (September 2009)
From the main Legal tab on lexis.com® users will notice a new source category devoted to Expert Witness Research. The new source category labeled Expert Witness Analysis, Jury Verdicts & Settlements helps streamline source selection in other content categories. The following enhancements were released:
The previous category for Briefs, Motions, Pleadings & Verdicts and sources located under this category are now separated out into two new categories, found on the left-hand side of the main Legal tab screen.
- Expert Witness Analysis, Jury Verdicts & Settlements - Expert Witness and Jury Verdict content previously found under Briefs, Motions & Pleadings and/or Public Records will now be located under this consolidated category on the legal tab.
- Court Records, Briefs and Filings -- All briefs content that was previously available under the “Briefs, Motions, Pleadings & Verdicts” category will now be located under “Court Records, Briefs and Filings”
A new selection for 50 State Multi-Jurisdictional Surveys can now be more easily found on the right-hand side of the main Legal tab screen.
