Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Button Goes Live (September 2008)
Martindale-Hubbell® continues to introduce enhancements to both http://www.martindale.com and http://www.lawyers.com to augment the process of evaluating and selecting legal counsel.
A "Review as a Client" button appears next to every lawyer and law firm profile on http://www.martindale.com in an attempt to collect Client Reviews. Review ratings will start appearing on lawyers’ profiles later this year.
How it works:
1. Clients complete a short, online survey that rates their service and relationship with the law firm or lawyer according to communication ability, responsiveness, quality of service, value for money and overall recommendation. Space for additional comments is also provided.
2. Responses are submitted to MH via a secure network.
3. MH tabulates the aggregated anonymous responses to a rating.
4. Firms have the opportunity to review these aggregated ratings before agreeing to their publication on www.martindale.com and www.lawyers.com.
