Lexis® Transactional Advisor Tab- Antitrust Practice Center (August 2009)

The Antitrust Practice Center, found on the Lexis® Transaction Advisor tab collects the voluminous and diverse material and tools available throughout lexis.com® that an attorney facing an antitrust issue might need into a single point of access. It features both federal and state primary source materials: statutes, judicial opinions and regulatory documents. The center also collates the wealth of secondary sources available, including treatises and Emerging Issue Analysis commentary. The center also surfaces specific chapters, or “slices” from our family of Antitrust treatises that practitioners will find particularly useful or informative.

Specifically, the center collects material into the following categories for easy, self-explanatory access:

  • Research
  • Company and Market Information
  • Regulatory Materials & Guidance
  • Primary Source
  • State Materials
  • Analytical Materials and Emerging Issues
