Tips for Searching LexisNexis Expert Commentaries
Currently LexisNexis Expert Commentaries are available only on a transactional basis.

Link directly to Expert Commentary PDFs from case law, e.g., as you view the full text of Leggin Creative Leather Products v. PSKS, Inc., 168 L. Ed. 2d. 623 (2007) at lexis.com, just click the Expert Commentary $ link to move to the commentary PDF.

Research all available Expert Commentary simultaneously. Go to Expert Commentaries on the main menu screen of the lexis.com LEGAL tab (listed under Secondary Legal). In addition to all available commentary, note that several high-profile commentaries are listed for quick access.

Each Expert Commentary includes a brief online synopsis; that’s what you are searching. For example, to search Expert Commentary to find documents discussing anti-trust issues:

Note: anti trust will also find anti-trust.
