Invoices for 2008: New Format, Less Paper

Law firm librarians: Your print LexisNexis® invoice may have fewer pages, beginning with the January 2008 invoice you will receive in February. If you are accustomed to receiving a multi-page invoice, you will receive a summary invoice instead, organized by client, client ID and in- and out-of-subscription-based charges. This new invoice will reduce paper consumption without compromising your access to detailed invoice information.

Whenever you need more detail, you can continue to gain online access to comprehensive data through the PowerInvoice service from LexisNexis. PowerInvoice™ tools provide you with two years of easy-to-search invoices, along with optional electronic fund transfer and Alert e-mails to help you monitor usage.

Web-based training on PowerInvoice to assist with advanced searching and detailed reporting will be available through the PowerInvoice Service Center on the LexisNexis InfoPro Web site at http://law.lexisnexis.com/infopro/ in mid-January.

If you have additional questions regarding this change or would prefer to receive the full invoice in print format, please e-mail us at infopro@lexisnexis.com.
