Case List by Category: Users can now see case lists broken out by case type, jurisdiction, law firm, lawyer, etc. This will eliminate the need for multiple drilldowns and reports when a user just wants to see cases a particular law firm handled or cases that a particular lawyer handled. A new search box has just been added into the Corporations Search that will allow a customer to choose whether to include registered agents in the forms search.
Boolean search customers suggested that we add the ability to search for the registered agent from the search form. Boolean searches are not impacted with this change since a segment search can restrict the search in the Terms & Connectors search.
