Virtual Brainstorming

Do It Now! Vote—and Promote—Concepts at This New LexisNexis® Innovation Site

Ideas are best when shared, and brainstorming leads to innovative solutions, events, products, and much more. Now you’ve got a new forum to build and share your ideas for LexisNexis®.

At this year’s AALL Annual Meeting, LexisNexis launched a place just for you to post ideas, to vote and comment on concepts from others, and watch as some ideas grow, evolve and even come to life online. In essence, you can now brainstorm virtually with your information professional colleagues and other LexisNexis customers, thanks to Web 2.0 technology.

Go to LexisNexis myIDEAS at www.lexisnexis.com/myideas

(Don’t forget to bookmark it. And, in case that bookmark gets lost, you’ll find a link to myIDEAS on the right navigation bar of the LexisNexis InfoPro Web site at http://law.lexisnexis.com/infopro/ as well as a link on the LexisNexis Communities site at www.lexisnexis.com/communities.)

At myIDEAS, you can:

  • SEE—Browse what others are suggesting. Even pinpoint specific idea discussion topics. (You can add your views.) Or check out the Legal Technology blog and join the dialog about how tech-nology interacts with the law and ultimately affects it.
  • VOTE—Add your two cents—either positive or negative. If you don’t like an idea, vote it down. If an idea sounds good, you can vote—and watch the points go up.
  • SHARE—Take your idea—or a favorite from a colleague—“on the road.” Post it and get more votes. It makes a statement.

So … what’s at myIDEAS right now? Log on to myIDEAS if you’d like to see enhanced TOC printing, statistics on what cases are viewed, a Time Matters® law school specialist, or more ways to earn LexisNexis Rewards Points outside of the AALL Annual Meet-ing. These ideas—and more—are waiting for you. View and vote now!
