The second release of Lexis® for Microsoft® Office includes tools for Transactional Attorneys. “Clauses & Contracts” allows you to find alternate clause language to help with drafting deals or contracts. “Samples & Forms” allows you to quickly find model forms from our Matthew Bender® forms collection. You do this all within the Word document you are drafting, making you more efficient and confident in your work.
