Our firm has recently acquired a health care practice group. It’s been a while since I’ve supported a team in that area. How can I quickly get up to speed on the available resources related to health care law?
The Transactional Advisor tab at lexis.com® now includes a Health Care Law Practice Center. Practice centers on Transactional Advisor are arranged by task so you’ll easily be able to tell which resources are most appropriate for which parts of a health care practice. You’ll be able to identify and access materials related to litigation, insurance, corporate oversight and emerging issues all specific to health care law and health care entities.
On the right side of the Health Care Law Practice Center page you will also see the Health Care Update. This is a list of recent health care-related articles provided through LexisNexis® Publisher.
