They’ve moved to area 51, make that Title 51!
As part of an ongoing program to revise and restate existing law (see 2 USCS § 205b(1)), Congress, on December 18, 2010, enacted Public Law 111-314, which revised and re-enacted certain provisions of Titles 15, 42, and 49, United States Code, as Title 51, National and Commercial Space Programs.
