What is the most efficient way for me to help attorneys keep up with all of the recent changes in the tax laws? (March 16, 2011)
By Leanne Battle

You’re in luck! LexisNexis created a source called 2010 Tax Legislation and Analysis to address exactly that issue. This source can be easily accessed from the Find Federal Statutes section of the Taxation Area of Law page. You’ll also find it in the Code & Regulations section of Lexis® Tax Center.

For legislation including significant tax provisions, this invaluable source provides links to associated bills, bill tracking, public law text, committee reports, news from Tax Analysts and analysis from Matthew Bender® editors. It’s all collected for you in one place.

Another resource we have available is a dedicated Tax Specialist. If you’re interested in a presentation that will help your tax attorneys be more effective, contact your account representative or your Librarian Relations Consultant for details.
