Matt Wagner

Matt is the Senior Librarian Relations Consultant for Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.

Matt came to LexisNexis from the Ernst & Young Center for Business Knowledge in Cleveland, where he led the North American Legal Specialization Team.  His previous experience includes four years as the Librarian at Vorys Sater Seymour & Pease in Cincinnati.

Matt is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries, Special Libraries Association, Michigan Association of Law Libraries, and Ohio Regional Association of Law Libraries.

Matt received a B.A. in History from the College of Wooster and an M.L.S. from the University of Kentucky.

1. What is one thing you have learned about yourself while being an LRC?

There’s no place like home.

2. What technology has transformed your life, you can’t imagine living without it now, and why?

My iPod® Shuffle™. My music, anytime, anywhere.

3. If you won a trip to any where in the world, where would you go, and why?

Iceland. Everything I’ve read and seen about this country seems so intriguing.

4. You are traveling around the world, and only have room for two books. Which two do you take and why?

My address book and an atlas.

5. Tell me a song that when you hear it, you always get a smile on your face.

“Talking in Your Sleep” by the Romantics.

6. What is your favorite meal and why?

Anything my mom makes! It just always tastes good!

7. What are two of your favorite Web sites, and why?

discoverkate.com. I’m a HUGE Kate Winslet fan!

bbcnews.com. I like another perspective of what’s going on in the world.
