Meet the Team Leads

Cindy Spohr
Cindy joined LexisNexis in 1985 and was a founding member of the Librarian Relations Group in 1993.  Cindy works with consultants and customers in the northeast and midwest. 

Michael Saint-Onge
Michael joined LexisNexis and the Librarian Relations Group in 1998.  Michael works with consultants and customers in the south and west.

The Team Leads manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Consulting Team, including working directly with LexisNexis customers, the Librarian Relations Consultants, and the Information Professional Consultants.  A strong mission of the Customer Consulting group is to represent the interests and concerns of information professionals to LexisNexis management, sales, marketing, and product development.  The Team Leads are instrumental in this process through strong representation and communication throughout LexisNexis, directly addressing customer needs and feedback, and driving change within the organization. The Team Leads champion Customer Consultant projects, and customer communication vehicles, such as the InfoPro Web site, newsletters, and tradeshows.
