TRIPLL 2010—Teaching Research in Private Law Libraries (TRIPLL)
Sponsored by the LexisNexis® Librarian Relations Group
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Created and sponsored by the LexisNexis® Librarian Relations Group, the Teaching Research in Private Law Libraries (TRIPLL) Conference is open to all law librarians working in a private law firm or a corporate legal department.
The Conference was established in 1990, and takes place in April every other year. Librarians interested in attending must go through an electronic application process. When deciding on which applicants to accept, the Selection Committee strives for diversity in such areas as geographical distribution, firm size, and an interest in teaching legal research, even if a program is not yet implemented.
The Conference includes presentations, structured breakout sessions, demonstrations, and ample opportunity for networking with the faculty, council and other attendees. Class size is limited to 30 participants to maximize learning and information sharing.
There is no registration fee to attend the TRIPLL Conference. LexisNexis covers all conference materials, meals, lodging and transportation to and from the airport. Attendees are responsible only for their airfare to and from the Conference location and any personal incidentals.
