The 15th Edition Revised improved the 15th Edition by making information more accessible in various ways, for example:
The analytical text focuses on the current state of the law, while retaining information on the historical development of the law which is integrated in the main paragraphs, where necessary, or set out in a historical point paragraph found at the end of each chapter. Historical developments are designated by a point paragraph number ending in LH for Code section chapters (P 362.LH) or RH for Bankruptcy Rule chapters
(P 4001.RH).
The Forms Volumes have been reorganized into three volumes of Forms relating to Commercial Bankruptcies (Volumes 11, 12 and 12A), and two volumes of Forms relating to Consumer Bankruptcies (Volumes 13 and 13A). Within these two categories, forms are organized according to task. The editors have updated and improved these forms, and identified where and what information needs to be completed by the practitioner.
The Appendix Volumes have been completely reorganized to make it easier to locate information. The Appendixes are broken down into separate volumes for the current bankruptcy code, the 2005 bankruptcy code, the Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and numerous bankruptcy acts.
