Got to GET a Science Article NOW? (March 19, 2008)

Now you can quickly retrieve an individual article from Elsevier Full-Text Journals by utilizing the GET feature and following a citation format. You’ll need the title of the journal, year, volume, number and page range.

Here are the steps to quick access:

1.) Click the Get a Document tab on the main lexis.com® menu.

2.) Select the by Citation button.

3.) Click the Citation Formats link.

4.) Enter your publication name or partial name, e.g., alcohol dependence; click Find.

5.) Click the link to the journal. A template appears with the journal name cited correctly.
Add year, volume, number and page range. Click GET.
Cite: (2007) 80 LIFESC 24-25 2375-2379
[Cite Format: (Year); Volume; Journal Name; Journal Number; Page Range]

Voila! Your article is now in hand!
