LexisNexis® Financial Services Litigation Report (May 6, 2009)

There has been a lot of bad news lately about the current financial crisis. Instead of searching in many different files to gather content, a great resource for timely coverage on litigation within the financial services industry is the LexisNexis® Financial Services Litigation Report recently launched by Mealey’s™. This is a monthly report dedicated to coverage of litigation stemming from the current financial crisis and covers suits related to subprime mortgages, consumer loans, securities fraud, the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy and other financial issues.

Search construction as simple as company name or institution such as:

  • AIG
  • Bank of America
  • Lehman Brothers
  • Federal Reserve

brings up timely coverage on these entities. If there are court documents available such as a complaint or transfer order, you can launch to a PDF of the attached document.
