The International Bar Association (IBA), established in 1947, is an organization of international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies. The IBA influences the development of international law reform and shapes the future of the legal profession throughout the world. Business Law International: the leading law journal devoted to issues of relevance to the international commercial, legal and academic community. Construction Law International: the magazine of the IBA International Construction Projects Committee. Published quarterly, this thought-provoking magazine has a balance of substantive and practical articles and news. Dispute Resolution International: aims to cover issues of relevance to the international dispute resolution community and provides an in-depth discussion of current developments and topical issues in all areas of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution, and negligence and damages.
