The American Lawyer is the principal trade magazine of the U.S. legal industry. Recent issues of the magazine are available in most large law libraries.
The American Lawyer Website posts selected articles from the current issue. Surveys from the past year -- including the Am Law 100 survey -- are posted on Lists and Rankings page of Law.com.
Since May 1, 2011 all back issues of articles are available exclusively on Lexis. From 1996 through early 2011 they were available on Westlaw, and on Lexis before then.
