Find

Bankruptcy Appellate Panels

Bankruptcy Appellate Panels (BAPs) hear appeals from the Federal Bankruptcy Courts.

Decisions: BAP decisions are officially reported in West's Bankruptcy Reporter.

BAP decisions are also available in Westlaw's FBKR-CS database. Add "& pr("bankruptcy appellate panel" to the end of your search to get just BAP decisions. Add the circuit number to get hits from the BAP of a particular circuit – for example, add "pr("bankruptcy appellate panel" & first)" to get decisions from the first circuit BAP.

Rules: See "Federal Court Rules."
