Justia Mexico posts Mexican primary legal materials in Spanish for free. Includes the Mexican constitution, state and federal laws, codes, and regulations.

Lexis has a strong collection of Mexican legal materials in Spanish including the Civil, Commercial and Penal Codes, Federal Laws, the Diario Oficial de la Federacion and Supreme Court decisions.

Westlaw has the the Diario Oficial de la Federacion.

West publishes the Mexican Civil Code Annotated and Mexican Commercial Code Annotated in Spanish with English translation and annotations to leading judicial opinions, law review articles and legal treatises.
