Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA)

The Permanent Court of Arbitration "is an international organization offering a broad range of services for resolving disputes between States, as well as disputes between States and private parties and those involving inter-governmental organizations." Information about the PCA and its publications, plus PCA Conventions (i.e., treaties), Rules of Procedure, and Model Clauses are all posted on the PCA Web site (www.pca-cpa.org).

The PCA helps publish some of the leading materials on international commercial arbitration These include materials by the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), such as the Yearbook Commercial Arbitration, the International Handbook on Commercial Arbitration and the ICCA Congress Series, as well as the Arbitration CD-ROM, Resources on International Commercial Arbitration, produced in conjunction with Kluwer Law International.
