Proxy Statements

A Proxy Statement is the notice that goes out to shareholders announcing the annual meeting and asking shareholders how they want to vote their shares. It includes biographical sketches of Board members who are up for election and information on anything else that will be voted on at the meeting.

To get "Proxies," see the Filings section of the entry for materials available from the "Securities and Exchange Commission."

Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis & Company produce research reports and advice for large shareholders on how to vote on proxy issues.
