You can find records of Federal and state tax liens against individual and corporate taxpayers by searching ...

    a. The print and/online records of the appropriate court, agency, office and/or land records where the liens are recorded and/or

    b. The liens database provided by a public records vendor, such as Lexis, Accurint or KnowX.com and/or

    c. One of the freestanding lien databases (e.g. TaxLiens.com), if you know if is reliable.

Caution: Before you search a database, make sure your jurisdiction is included and current.
