The Vermont Legislative Council posts the current Vermont Constitution, the Vermont statutory code ("Vermont Statutes"), reports published by the Legislature and reports submitted to the legislature.

To check on the status of a pending bill, pull it up on the Vermont Legislature's Bill Status page. For questions, call the Legislative Council at 802-828-2231.

Supreme Court cases are published in the Vermont Reports back to 1826, and West's Atlantic Reporter back to 1885. For older case reporters, see the Blue Book section on Vermont.

All reported cases are available on Lexis and Westlaw. Google Scholar, Versuslaw and Fastcase have cases back to 1950.

Basic case information from "all superior courts, district courts, family courts, and bankruptcy courts" is available through Vermont Court Search.
