The 24x7 Web-based Support Center provides authorized users with
immediate and essential knowledge for installing, implementing, customizing, and
using InterAction. In addition to an interactive knowledge base (including
frequently asked questions), the Support Center includes software updates and
downloads, integration solutions, product documentation, sample code, and other
valuable resources to ensure a smooth InterAction deployment. Customers current
on maintenance can call or e-mail the Support staff to obtain a User ID and Password to log
in to the Support Center.
Our Technical Support Hotline (+1.630.572.9830) is available to answer
customer and partner inquiries Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays)
from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time. The Technical Support team also provides
emergency support for critical production issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
