LAW PreDiscovery 5.5 is now available!  New features include:

View Highlighted Hits Side By Side with Your Records List—Increase your efficiency with the ability to highlight search results in your document content.

When you conduct a full-text search and receive a list of documents, a new text viewer shows the search word(s) highlighted in color. You can see the list of records and the text hits with highlighting side by side.

Store Hits in a Field for Later Use—After a full-text search, you can save your hits and store them in a field. That way you can easily search the resulting data set again with new search terms or export the terms for review.

Benefit from Native E-mail Review—Rather than viewing only converted files during e-mail review, you can launch native e-mail messages from Microsoft Outlookand Lotus® mail stores for review in the native formats.  

After you import a data set that includes Outlook e-mails and perform initial processing in LAW PreDiscovery, you can create a .pst file from a set of records to view the Outlook messages in native format.

LAW PreDiscovery 5.4 was released April 27, 2009 and includes the following features:

Text Indexing Enhancements—Gain better control of how words and punctuation are indexed—plus a significant increase in speed.

Enhanced Embedded File Support—Extraction of attachments/embedded files is now supported for: Microsoft® Office 2007 (Open XML) and PDF files (including PDF portfolios and packages).

Custom Separator Pages—Separator page options are available for E-Print, Print and TIFF conversion. 

License Management—Track all licenses centrally with the LAW Management Console.
