Discussion Board
Talk isn’t cheap – it’s free
Who knows more about being a young lawyer or an aspiring attorney than other young lawyers and law school students? No one. That’s why Lexis® Hub is open to discussion. Our Discussion Boards connect you right to your peers, so you can share your fears, your frustrations – and more importantly, your knowledge – in conversations with people just like you.
Karma1118 3/17/2008 11:51:01 AM | Original Post - I am working with a senior associate on a high-profile matter, and I question his strategy. He is on good terms with the partner responsible for the matter. I've tried to speak to the senior associate about my concerns, but he has made it clear that I am involved simply to do the grunt work and that the strategy is his responsibility. What do I do? Should I speak to the partner? To another senior associate? Just keep my mouth shut? |
