Discussion Board
Talk isn’t cheap – it’s free
Who knows more about being a young lawyer or an aspiring attorney than other young lawyers and law school students? No one. That’s why Lexis® Hub is open to discussion. Our Discussion Boards connect you right to your peers, so you can share your fears, your frustrations – and more importantly, your knowledge – in conversations with people just like you.

Karma1118 3/17/2008 7:29:33 AM | Wow. The answer to that question is, "It depends." I transferred from the main office of a firm in Pittsburgh, and the decision turned out to be the right one for me. I miss some of the more high profile cases that I worked on there, but my work-life balance is much better. Good luck with your decision! |

You could look at it this way. . . your move might actually be a step forward in your career. You might make some invaluable contacts in the less prominent location and also have an opportunity to take a larger role in interesting and major litigation. |
