Seriously. Consider how many billable hours can be racked up by lawyers in 11-score years. The partisans of the courts, which pronounce on numerous crimes that didn't exist until legislators went to work protecting frightened Americans from themselves, navigate a vast legal labyrinth that modern government has become.
