7/18/2008 publication: States News Service July 15, 2008 Tuesday The following information was released by Case Western Reserve University: School of Law alumnus David A. Kutik was recognized for his pro bono service and received the inaugural John C. and Ginny Elam Pro Bono Award at the Ohio State Bar Association's 128th Annual Convention. This award recognizes lawyers in Ohio for their outstanding pro bono service. The award was presented by Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Tom Moyer.
