Mr. Shaw focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, including real estate, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. He regularly represents clients in state, federal district, and bankruptcy courts across the country.
A graduate of the Baylor Law School, Mr. Shaw earned his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Georgia. Mr. Shaw is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas, and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Young Lawyers Association.
