Fla. Board Won't Exclude 2 Investment Firms From Bidding
TALLAHASSEE Fla. – (AP) Two major investment firms will advise Florida on financing its hurricane catastrophe insurance fund although Gov. Charlie Crist tried to exclude them Tuesday.
