700 Possible Victims Named In $250M Coupon Fraud Case
MILWAUKEE – (AP) An additional 700 potential victims nationwide, ranging from food companies to newspapers, have been named in a massive fraud scheme involving the nation's largest coupon company.
Eleven men mostly from International Outsourcing Services based in Bloomington, Ind. were charged in March 2007 with 25 counts of wire fraud. Full version (available to lexis.com subscribers)
