HOUSTON — Planet Resource Recovery Inc. has announced the appointment of Lawrence Clayton Jr. to its advisory board.  Clayton is a private consultant with significant financial and operational energy expertise, having served at high growth energy companies as chief financial officer and senior vice president over the past 20 years. 

Clayton will sit on the Planet Resource Recovery Inc. Advisory Board, advising senior management in financial analysis, deal-structuring, strategic planning, financial planning and business modeling.

Clayton’s prior senior executive officer experience includes:  Aquila Energy, wholesale energy marketer with annual revenues of $17 billion; EOTT Energy, crude oil gathering, transportation and marketer, with annual revenues of $10 billion; and Commerce Energy Group Inc., retail energy marketer with annual revenues of $300 million.  Clayton earned Bachelors (Business) and Masters (Accounting) degrees from Rice University in Houston.
