Saul Ewing Welcomes Environmental Attorney To Baltimore Office

BALTIMORE — Saul Ewing LLP has announced that Randall M. Lutz has joined its Baltimore office as a partner in the Environmental Department and a member of the Energy and Utility Practice Group.

Before entering private practice in 1987, Lutz served in various public positions, including working as the director of the Office of Criminal Enforcement for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, principal counsel and assistant attorney general of the State of Maryland’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and assistant attorney general for the Environmental Health Administration of Maryland.

Lutz earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.  He is frequently tapped to write and speak on a range of environmental and economic development issues.  He has been listed as one of the Best Lawyers in America for Environmental and Natural Resources and recognized by Corporate Counsel as one of the top lawyers for Energy/Public Utility, Environmental and Natural Resources Law in the state of Maryland.
