Bayer units file infringement lawsuit in US court over generic Yasmin contraceptive
FRANKFURT -- (AP) Bayer AG said Monday that two of its units have filed a lawsuit in the against Watson Pharmaceuticals and Sandoz over their applications to regulators to market a generic version of the oral contraceptive Yasmin.
