BETHLEHEM Pa. – (AP) OraSure Technologies Inc., a medical products maker, said Thursday it received a patent complaint against one of its products.
Inverness Medical Innovations Inc., Inverness Medical Switzerland GmbH and Church & Dwight Co. filed a complaint saying a rapid HIV test made by OraSure infringes on patents, OraSure said in a statement.
