LOS ANGELES – (AP) Ronald A. Katz Technology Licensing LP and wireless carrier T-Mobile USA Inc. have settled patent litigation, the companies said Thursday.
As part of the settlement, T-Mobile agreed to pay an undisclosed sum for a nonexclusive license under a patent portfolio Katz owns relating to interactive voice applications, the companies said.
