BENTON HARBOR, Mich. – (AP) Whirlpool Corp. filed a lawsuit against LG Electronics Inc., alleging the Korean company infringes four Whirlpool patents, the appliance maker said Thursday.
Whirlpool said it is asking for injunctive relief and monetary damages in the suit it filed with the district court in Delaware.
