BENTON HARBOR, Mich.  – (AP) Home appliance maker Whirlpool Corp. said Wednesday it has filed a lawsuit against Kenwood Ltd., a subsidiary of Italian appliance maker De'Longhi SpA, for alleged trademark infringement. The lawsuit, filed in the High Court of Justice in London, says that Kenwood copied, and now infringes the trademark shape . . . .
