About the Authors Ann Critchell-WardSenior Associate, Freeth Cartwright LLP
Ann Critchell-Ward is a Senior Associate leading the Branding and Anti-Counterfeiting group at Freeth Cartwright LLP. She is a member of ITMA, LES, ACG, a committee member of The Intellectual Property Lawyers Organisation (TIPLO) and Associate Member of CIPA. Ms. Critchell-Ward is a co-founder of NODUS, a non-for-profit organization, which acts as a forum for collaboration of IP professionals across the East Midlands region of the UK. She regularly writes articles on topical IP issues and speaks at IP seminars. She also helped create and regularly contributes to IMPACT, Freeth Cartwright's award winning IP&IT blog.
