Audrey A. Seeley

Audrey A. Seely is an attorney at the Buffalo, New York office of Hurwitz & Fine, P.C. where she focuses her practice on insurance coverage and no-fault coverage, arbitration, and litigation. Ms. Seeley is the team leader for the No-Fault/SUM/UM department of the firm. She provides counseling to insurers on personal and commercial lines insurance policies and on no-fault insurance coverage. She handles declaratory judgment actions in state and federal courts across New York State. She also handles no-fault arbitration and litigation as well as loss transfer arbitrations and special arbitrations conducted in Arbitration Forums, Inc. She has lectured on additional insured issues and no-fault issues as well as co-authored multiple articles on insurance coverage and trial issues. Ms. Seeley is a member of the New York State Bar Association Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Insurance Coverage Committee and a member of the Defense Research Institute. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law where she was an Articles Editor for the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal. She received undergraduate degrees in Political Science, International Relations, and European Studies from Canisius College.
