Barry S. Pearlman founded Pearlman, Borska & Wax in May of 1984 with the goal of specializing in workers' compensation defense, subrogation, and employment-related issues. The firm has expanded each year to its current configuration consisting of four equity partners, four non-equity partners, litigation specialists and various support staff.
Pearlman, Borska & Wax has never lost its focus in providing counseling and litigation services to employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators.
