Beth Cupani represents businesses including insurers in complex litigation with a particular emphasis on cases involving financial fraud, arson, contamination and claims for extra-contractual and punitive damages. Admitted in both Oregon and Nevada, she practices in both states on a regular basis. In addition, Ms. Cupani has substantial experience as trial and appellate counsel and regularly handles appeals. Her recent achievements have included being a vital part of a team defending a complex multi-jurisdictional series of cases, including class actions, involving over $100,000,000 in losses. Ms. Cupani brings to her cases the trial skills developed as former Public Defender as well as an extensive knowledge of insurance law and the practical perspectives gained in over twelve years of practicing law.
